Sweet & Healthy Bowl
Spicing things up can add flavour without having to add sugar. Apricots are naturally sweet and 3 dried provide one portion of your ‘5 a day’
Ingredients
- 2 Weetabix
- 125ml semi-skimmed milk or milk of choice, heated
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch grated nutmeg
- Pinch dried ginger
- 3 dried apricots, chopped
Method
- Put two Weetabix in a bowl, top with chopped apricots
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the milk and heat the spiced milk
- Add milk to bowl and enjoy!
