Take time to enjoy this delicious protein and fibre mix to help you get through your morning and be one up on your ‘5 a day’.
Ingredients
- 2 Weetabix
- 125ml Semi Skimmed Milk or milk of choice*
- One small banana
- 1 dessert spoon (10g) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) or nut butter of choice
Method
- Spread peanut butter equally over two Weetabix
- Put Weetabix in a bowl, top with banana slices
- Add milk and enjoy!
